Appreciate the hospitality! Nice meeting all the new people, and seeing some familar faces
Had a great time meeting everyone. Learned lots of important things too, like
1. What type of garage I want to have when I retire.
2. It's more important to SOUND fast so you don't have to actually prove it.
3. That Chihuahua's can consume twice their body weight at one cook out!
4. Its better to take pictures of the cars in the beginning of the cook out BEFORE the pollen completely covers them up. And.....
5. Its true that vette owners have beautiful (and nice) wives!!!
Thanks for posting all the great pics too. Look forward to seeing everyone again soon. Jeff

Well thanks guys it was really cool to be able to put faces to the screen names and everything. Damn I gotta keep checking up on the southeast forum. I can't wait for the next event... now onto my next project I have to make my vette loud enough to actually hear when you start it. Then onto the strobes...
That looks yummy. I brought green frosted cupcakes similar to those to the Central VA Vette Care Day that Mikelly hosted in F'burg...was just after St. Pat's Day...
Okay guys, the B&B x-pipe for Gary and the LG cat delete extensions are now at Bluewasps ready for pick-up/installation. Gary knows the price of the x-pipe and if JSPINETO will just replace my system with his when he gets it I'm happy. Have fun and I'll try to stop by, depending on time, either at Bluewasps or at the Manassas BK.
By the way, Bluewasp has an outstanding lift in his garage and people are changing out an exhaust system as I type.
GentleBen,
Thank you so much for helping me out on this! I owe you one in addition to getting another set of deletion pipes to you.
BTW, I would just like to take the time to say that the instructions that come with the LG headers are crap. The problem was getting the flared ends pushed all the way on the on flare ends. I kept ending up with almost 3inchs of extra space and there was no way that I would jiggle it on. In the end a block of wood, hammer, and a pipe cutter solved the problem.
The car sounds even nastier now and is noticably faster.
Hey, Valdeztke and jspinetto should race for the fastest vette title. They could just sit at the stop light, rev their engines, and the meanest, fastest sounding vette wins.!! That would have to be the world's safest race ever!!
Dudes, you know I love your cars and their exhausts!!
