Well I'm getting ready to go pick up the beast. Yes, I'm going to call her the beast. Or maybe chewy would be a better name since she needs body work.

In any case check back for pictures of the 94 with side exhaust.

I see a high rise hood there...so what is under it?

I assume the body work needed is on the other side as from that pic I can't see it...

Congrats in advance... Red '94s are

Ok..

What a POS. I don't even know where to begin. to make a long story short the guy flat out lied about the condition. He then tried to push blame on me for not understanding the condition.

here is one example of his deception, if you look at the picture i posted you can't see the damage to the front bumper cover because he covered it up with red tape. He told me over the phone the front bumper had NO issues… I get there and it's taped together. There is a tear in the side of the bumper and if you remove the tape the side will hang off. There wasn’t a body panel that didn’t have a little piece of red tape cover chips, cracks, and other blemishes. I’m going to assume he put the tape on the car to cover the damage for the pictures.

the final straw was the fact it was a FLOOD damage or looked like it was left outside with the windows down, hood open. everything is rusted out, corroded, or oxidized. The thing isn't even worth 1500.00. the “good condition” passenger seat has cig burns in it.

the power effects side exhaust isn't real either. he took the covers, which are broken, from the kit and made an exhaust by using different size pipes. One connection was from 3inch to 2.5 and to make them fit he filled the space with weld.

The best part of this entire road trip was the guy wasn’t even there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His roommate showed us the car and told us the real truth about the car…. We ended up leaving and the guy called my cell wondering were we went. I think I would be in jail right now. I wanted to rip his f-en head off and stuff it up his ***…

Refer that car to this guy TPI who's looking for a cheap Callaway. Let him get a good dose of a CHEAP car. Ebay anyone?

ithink the car will end up on ebay. The entire car is trash. everything needs to replaced. gas tank is rusted out, the prefect hood has 12 inch long cracks.

If I does I'll e-mail all the bidders.

Sorry to hear about the beast being even more beastly than expected.
It really sux when you take a long drive to get something accomplished, only to find out that it's not happening. Waste of time effort and gas.
I'm now sweating out delivery of my GHL exhaust. Who knows when it will arrive. If it doesn't come today, I'm going to have my mechanic put in the tunnell plate and X-pipe anyway. Then, if it comes tomorrow, it's a question if he'll be able to install before I leave Wed. am.
Well, if it comes later on Tuesday, and I can't get it on, I'll throw it in the back and take it to Bowling Green, get it on there.
So, yeah, it is a pain when things don't work out. At least you still have the money for when you do find the project track car.

Maybe they had to drive it into the lake to put out the fire.

Yes it was… his girlfriend dropped a cigarette between her crotch and she tried to jump out of the moving car as he pulled over. Cig started to burn the leather. by the time the fire dept showed up the cig had burned all the way through. They used foam and 500 gallons of water to extinguish the flames.

His girlfriend is really his butt bitch from prison named Francine
