Thanks. I am a member of NASA & will being doing a couple of HPDE's this year. I really enjoy driving a road course and usually run all the Track Days at RA. I have never tried AX. Where is a good place to start?

I'm not in the Upstate of SC but I come through quite a few times a year on my way to Columbia for performance work on my C5's. I found a shop down (B & B Corvette) there that is really good with these cars.

Nice state you live in.

This event is as close to high-speed as you can get, NCCC defines a low speed as a max length of 1 mile and a top speed of 85 MPH (I think).

Corvette Atlanta hosts a high speed event at Roebling Road over the thanksgiving weekend

And the NCCC Carolina has an annual event at CMP

Carolina Corvettes meets at Simpsonville Chevy monthly on Tuesday night (I think) You can look them up.
I'm in the Spartanburg Corvette Club, if you are into autocross & high speed time trails, check us out. Thats all we do.

Somebody want to set a date and place for a get together. Maybe sometime in april or may. Would be great for a bunch of vette guys to get together.
