I love the plate, but want to keep the same personalized tags I have now...have had them since college. How would that work? Would it be best to wait till the plate is officially offered and go to the DMV?

I would get the logo plate but would have to give up my current personalized message becuase the new plate only allows 6 characters and my current plate has seven...
I tried every six letter variation I could think of using my pea brain and all were taken...
I know those of us with 7 charachters on our vanity tags will be excluded from this, but I am getting one for the Suburban so people know I am a Corvette enthusiast.
If you have an SUV or something else, please sign up for a plate for that. This all rides on getting 350 pre-paid applications for the plate before it can go into law and into DMV production.
