It's my vette that is on the market. You folks won't know me or my car, as I'm a lurker not a poster. I live about 7 miles north of the beach and my home did suffer heavy damage from katrina. But, I did not own this car at that time. I had a black toyota mr2 turbo that was my weekend toy. It was high and dry in my garage during katrina, but was totalled two months later, in Sept 05. That led me to this vette, which I bought in Jan 06 from a guy in Kansas City, MO. If anyone in Gulfport, Biloxi, etc on the Gulf Coast can check the car out for the potential buyer it would be appreciated.

I'll give you a bump...I know that we have some MS members. I would do it if I were closer...sounds like a fun road trip.
Have the casinos recovered at all down there? I spent a summer in Mobile and traveled to Gulfport / Biloxi way too many times to gamble.

I can't make it myself right now, but let me forward this thread to some fellow club members and see if they can help you. You might also request the VIN number and run a Carfax and get a service history from a dealer.

btw, have you run Carfax or a Dealership history yet?
Always helpful just to know the service history of the vehicle.
btw, both my Corvettes survived the storm fine.
