Ed works on my car so he knows about the Kenne Bell and the engine under it. I would definitely look into bringing your car to him. I think he has your pulleys at his shop too, haha.

Ed,
Just so you know he bought Jeff's (American_HP) old setup, which is like mine but a 408 I believe. He is also running the 2.8 KB instead of the 2.6.

It is just a 346. I just need a longblock machined and assembled. Heads need to be milled to get my compression back up to around 9.0:1 but I will PM you the details. I will install the motor myself.

OBX - I thought CAM was doing your stuff? I guess you saw what happened?

Roger can fill you in on the details behind his. We've been working together since before Jeffs unfortunate event.
I'll pm you my phone number and we can talk.

Funny, Ed is milling my heads for the same reason sometime soon. We were going to do it last week but I got busy.

Ed was doing stuff to my car before the event at CAM for other reasons. I will fill you in via PM if you are interested in the details. Ed fixed the little stroker motor in my Jeep when 3 other shops spent over a year trying to fix it. That is what made me believe he was running a great shop and knew motors, not just one type of motor.

But after that car fell off the lift at Ed's shop I got worried...... haha just joking there guys!!!

Guy got fired. Customer was informed immediately, and was made whole. To his 100% satisfaction. He is still a customer to this day.
Its all in how you handle the f-ups. Cause you're gonna have me every now and then.

Unfortunately it really did.
But we handled it the way it should have been handled. Cost me about 5 grand. But the customer was completely satisfied with the repairs.
And like I say, hes still a customer to this day. This happened in 04.

If he is still a customer then you must have done it right. So many people don't do it right these days and its sad.

It was nice talking to you Ed.

Kind of different to talk to a owner who is flexible and actually takes the time to talk to you about your project.

Imagine that! Kevin's vette would never go home. Kevin would have to pay storage fees at Ed's shop if he moved up this way. Every week he would be doing something to squeeze another 5hp out of the 'gentleman's cruiser'
