Which number did you guys call? I called the 1-800-234-3993 number and when they told me they had an outage I asked for how much longer, they didn't know so I asked for credit. The first night they gave me credit with a little hesitation and the next night they immediately gave me a week without so much as batting an eye at it. If the service is down just ask for credit and they will be more than happy to give it to you! :yesnod: :yesnod: AH I can taste those wings and see the distant mountains :cool:

I called the local number here and since the service was back up an operating I only got credit for the days that I actually lost. Hey, I will take any credit that they have to offer!!! :D
