Actually if you ask about 93% of my clients, I am the greatest Collections/Repo manager to work with. I try to base my job on client retention instead of just picking up everyone's stuff. My company can make a whole heck of a lot more money with me working out payment arrangements with people, and keeping them as paying clients then if I just went in a picked up everyone's equip.
