I have a fresh built 427BB that is going into my '67. I would like to break it in on a dyno first and then do a couple pulls before I install it. Does anyone know the approx cost and also can anyone refer my to a quality shop in Virginia?
Virginia Speed in Virginia Beach has an engine dyno and and a chassis dyno. The engine dyno runs $500 i believe and the chassis is about $150 an hour...maybe cheaper if you rent it half a day or so?
See Chuck at Abacus, they have both. After my LT4 rebuild and carb conversion, they broke it in on the engine dyno, and final tuned it on the chassie dyno after a few track days.
