Recommendation for FL
Hi from Germany,
22 years after our Honeymoon in FL we will be back in April 2015 for a 2 weeks holiday.
We will stay some days in Miami, one week Fort Myers, 2 days Key Largo and 3 days Fort Lauderdale.
Of course we will visit Muscle Car City. Are there any other places you recommend to go?
I also would like to buy some parts for my 2003 C5Z06. Any shops somebody can recommend around our locations?
I also subscribed the "Florida events 2015" thread, hoping that there will be some interesting events.

I also look for some good steaks to eat. Any recommendation is welcome.
May be some good Corvette shops I can visit?
We will also go to Key West on a one day trip from Key Largo.

Hi Andreas, two of my favorite steak places are Cloydes prime steak & seafood in Naples, and Ruths Cris steak house in Coconut point. Hope this helps.

If OP does go out-of-State, clear that with rental before reservations. Stop in Biloxi MS casinos on the way to N.O. Stay at the Beau Rivage corner suite facing the road for the overnight in Biloxi. Play at Hard Rock next door and IP north by 2 miles. N.O. is just 1 hour beyond Biloxi.

@Rick: very interesting but Ft Walton is too far away. We will stay the two weeks in the south of FL.

Both dates for Chin Motorsports at Sebring. Come by and watch a bunch of Corvettes chew up Porsches for an afternoon. Great fun.
You can even drive around the track at lunchtime (with a pace car of course). Then you could says you've driven Sebring.

Guys,
vacation is coming closer! We are really excited.
13. April we will touch down in Miami.
We expect to see more Corvettes than in Germany!!
I am still looking for some shops to buy some C5 apparel or accessories.
We will go for sure to Muscle Car City.
I will some pictures from time to time!
