Ecklers, a good day.
Just got back from Ecklers, a good day all in all. Some fine looking Vettes of all years. The Misfits were there in force, im sure Von Green will be posting pics later after he gets home in his tank and gets out of his gestapo uniform. :lol: $50 was a little steep to enter the show, and my friends Stevie wonder and Ray Charles were there as usual for the judging :jester
Had some fun on the way home with Dwight, a few good bursts on 528 and I-4....... :cheers:

Was a very good day.. turned out warmer then I expected... but couldn't beat the weather either way. The trip over was a blast.
Just got back from getting my tire fixed... why do I cringe when someone from Firestone sits down in my car! :)

It was a great day. On the way home I got to play with an older boss mustang. This guy talked so much trash at the light, about 60ft pass the light he was speechless :chevy. Then thing get even better on 528 played outrun with a couple of bikes :D

hey Cecil.....I got to run a Mustang, sounded like some work had been done but I'm not up on the car so I have no clue about it.
I finally was able to break out ahead of some traffic with clear sailing ahead and instead of staying in the left lane I moved to the middle and slowed down a little :reddevil
I looked over as we got even and he montioned for the run, of course I nodded in agreement, telling him to honk 3 times, then we go :D
He did and we did......he paced damn well, but I had it in the end :D.....as he flew off to the next exit, we both tossed a big thumbs up and made the trip home alone all worthwhile :D

Had a good time even though I was in the blue bomb. What a gorgeous day for a top off ride. :cool: Got a part at the swap meet (one of four tail light lenses I need). Got to talk with Art form Van Steel about doing my Trailing Arms and the guys from VBP about my suspension needs (although he seemed more interested in the Z28 than my Vette :rolleyes:). Left the show and headed down to the Sun deck at the Dockside Cafe in Cocoa Beach for a few Rum Runners. :D :cheers: When I headed home, I was in Econovan Hell from Orlando to Thornotosassa (or however the hell you spell that). No matter what lane you were in, there ya go. An ECONOVAN with out of state plates!!! And what's up with the Ford Focus on my rear end at 85 mph? I gave a wave and punched it...SEE YA!!!! :seeya
