As discussed at our last get-together, we need to have another Shroom Zoom prior to the Master Power Brakes show. The show is May 30th and 31st. (see Rosie's post for more details: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=555098 )

I am thinking that we should shoot for Wednesday, May 28th for the Shroom Zoom. What does everyone think about that?

We will discuss plans for the MPB show and hopefully have Preacher's "guest speaker" give us his presentation!!

6:00 until......

Directions: (From exit 46 on I-85)
This is Mallard Creek Church Rd. Go West on Mallard Creek Church. Approximately 1.5 miles from I-85 you will go through a traffic light and the road changes names to Prosperity Church Road. Stay straight on Prosperity Church for approx. 2.5 miles and look for a Harris Teeter shopping center on the right. Turn into the shopping center. Mellow Mushroom is on the far left side of the complex.

If you want to play with a map, go to http://www.mapquest.com. Use the intersection 0f "Prosperity Church Road AND Ridge Road", as well as "Charlotte" for the city, "NC" for the state, and "28269" for the zip. (sorry for being so basic!!) The Harris Teeter shopping center is at that intersection.

There are some better ways to get there that can bypass the construction. Where are you coming from? I live right in the middle of that construction, so I feel the body panels loosening every time I leave the neighborhood! :mad

I come down Harris from I77 side at exit 18. Make a left at the redlight where Harris Teeter is and come in from there.

You had better be there!! :D You guys have a great (and safe) trip out to BG!!

A couple of miles before you get to Mallard Creek intersection you will come to the light where Sugar Creek crosses Harris. Turn left on Sugar Creek at the light. Sugar Creek turns into Browne Road. Stay straight on Browne for (approx) 2-3 miles and turn right on DeArmon Road. Take DeArmon until it dead-ends into Prosperity Church, Turn left on Prosperity Church. The Mellow Mushroom will be less than a mile up on the right.
