 Dave Y2K, C5 and I stopped by Friday evening around 7PM and saw many of the cars, but I quess all the people were out at dinner. Did get a lot of waves as we drove through Gatlinberg.
Saturday evening, we were just too tired as we did about 350 miles through the Smokies, Tail of the Dragon, Tellico Plains that day:D
Hope y'all had a great time...we did too!

 pics Tracey! Thanks for sharing! We were both sick after we got back from Oregon & didn't feel like making the rest of you miserable. Will you be in Knoxville for Bob's grand opening?

Nice Pics Tracy.
We rolled into Cherokee around 9:30a that Saturday and were planning
to head over to G'burg, but it started to rain around 10 or so, so we
threw in the towel...and we were dead tired too. 10-hours straight from
Flor-i-duh!
This was my first time in that neck of the woods, so next year I'll know what
to expect.

:seeya Tracey,
I'm a first time Vette owner over in the Nashville area and was wondering if you folks have this event every year and who all is invited as maybe next year this might be a fun road trip?
Thanks, Jim :hurray:

Re: Pics from VetteFest in Gatlinburg... (jbower)
Jim, Yes! This happens every year. about the same time in September. It is sponsored by the ETCC (East TN Corvette Club) and any of us who are ETCC members would be happy to send you info. EVERYONE who loves vettes is welcome! The registration fee isn't much, and that includes big fun events on Friday night and Saturday night as well as the car show Sat late AM, a cruise through the mountains in the area, and fun and games late Saturday afternoon. The money we make over expenses goes to provide Christmas wishes for kids who might not otherwise have a Christmas at all, through the Angel Tree organization. Meals and lodging are on your own, as is the cash bar both Friday and Saturday evenings. For any more info, IM me and I will be pleased to oblige. :yesnod:
