The Speedway used to be called The Charlotte Motor Speedway...yes it's in Cabarrus County. Most of it is considered Concord but did you know the back grandstrand between turns 2 and 3 is actually considered Harrisburg? :crazy: For a while you could not purchase beer in that grandstrand because of this. :banghead: Talk about confusing!!
Yes people think of Charlotte when they think of the speedway but Moorseville IS considered RaceCity USA.
Whatever everyone decides is fine by me...a vote would probably be good but I guess it's up to Mark?

From what I understand, It was Mark AND Deb who were the driving force behind the creation of the group and I would be more than willing to bow to their wishes on something like this. :yesnod:

Y'all are making it sound like me, Mark & Jimmie are the ''High & Mighty'' of this group..which is far from the truth. We wanted a club where everyone has a say in what WE as a group do!!
The REASON we formed this ''club'' was to get away from all the bullsheit crap that y'all don't like about other clubs.
If y'all want to change the ''location'' then by all means go ahead and do it...I am not gonna TELL you what you should do.

I am waiting to hear from Dave but I did have an "insurance estimate" done and it wasn't pretty, $8600.00
I don't want to have the insurance do it, I like my rates where they are but I don't have the cash to do it without the insurance, at least not all at once. I guess since Debbie has her baby painted, I am going to take over the slot of Primer Queen and do as much of the work myself as I can.
