What about Randy...50 mods, $20,000...550hp and he still hasn't gotten that car above 100mph yet?? Also what about our new C5 boys Mark, Mark and Kirby...do these guys know yet that you can rev the LS1 above 3,000 rpm without any problem How abouts Deb and Jimmy I mean yeah both of them almost wreaked my car TWICE....but can they drive their own?? And then theres the reining chump DASH is he too scared to put the title on the line?

It's not like drag racing and blowing clutches. It's just driving. He won't hit any walls either, unless he tries. What's wrong with that big horsepower C3 of yours? Can't go around a corner?

Hey Rick, I'll be there and if it's a small course I might catch you, or at least stay in the same zip code.

I have to buy a helmet this week. Sharing helmets doesn't cut it.

Nothing wrong with mine..just don't think that it would do any good with cornering!!! the back end does sit up pretty high!!!!!

And that is something else...niether me or Jimmie have helmets.

Auto-X is NOT that hard on the cars. Not nearly as bad as Drag and Road racing. Pads and tires get abit wore that it....and to hit anything that would really hurt you...you would really have to be trying

Tom, I really think Deb is abit scared...so I think we should take the high road here and help comfort her with her insecurity not bring out her blatant fear of her inability to handly that 500hp C3. It's really not her fault she cannot drive anyway..I mean after all she is a woman!

I would recommend looking at a motorcyle helmet Tom. You will have alot more options, usually more comfortable and cost will be ALOT less then a specific car helmet. Helmet rating should be atleast as high as a car helmet as well.

OK Bigboy I'm already registered...Auto-X registration page I don't see you or anyone Vettes registered yet

$20K ?...wish I had that much to put into it. Naa just the cam and 3:90's. Need to order a blower pulley and that's just about it. Have been slack on the breakin...may have hit 105 at least once. Hope to get it tuned before it's an antique though.

Come on now Tom, once again you are attacking fellow club members...I'm sure Randy has a great excuse this time. I mean his new wifey probably won't even let him take that BadBoy out anymore...I'm sure secretly she already has it listed on Corvette Trader!!

Don't worry Randy I hear those new Windstar Minivans have alot of power and Gas mileage is really unbelievable! You really won't be missing much anyway and I'm sure your Sunday will be much more eventful going to Bed Bath and Beyond

Aw shucks Tom...don't pick on the little ole' wimpy ex-Marine ...these boy's here at the bank have been keeping me pretty busy but I do see some light at the end of the tunnel so that's a good thing.

I think I was getting hitched in Hawaii last time.

Won't be ready by this weekend but hopefully not too much longer. Having issues with 02 sensors but think I have a plan for that too. The car was fine except for the clutch before I decided to add the cam and 3:90's. Nothing like taking out perfectly good parts and putting in bad ones and then having to take them out and do it again....but it's getting closer.

Carshow: Blown=1 Nitro=1

Dragstrip: Blown=1 Nitro=0

Autocross: Blown=1 Nitro=0 (the scorecard tells it all )

Poker: Blown=-4 Nitro=1

Anybody else want to come see the quiet silver put the smack down on the loudmouth widebody integra (again) should be there early Sunday

Be careful who you call out just cause you had a good night at the poker table

If it's on then it's on, but I will need to borrow a helmet

They are only $100. Don't tell me you don't have it. That's chump changes for a guy with a blown C5 and other toys.

How about offering to buy Daves Helmet? It matches your Vette.

Looking at the entry list, I need to race the vette and the Is300!

I had about $100, but you're right some chump (nitro) ended up with all of it!!!

All the helmets I see are $300 that look halfway decent.
