Default Temecula-Murrieta: Great tire-mounting shop that handles runflats?

Looking for a place I can have tires swapped on my dd. Currently has runflats - switching to Michelin Super Sport non-runflats.

Thanks.

Just wanted to follow up with a review after having my runflats removed from my 2011 Mini Cooper S and Michelin Super Sports installed yesterday. I made an appointment with America's Tire in Murrieta on Madison and was promptly served when I arrived there at 10AM. I had ordered a set of Super Sports from Tire Rack online and my brother brought them in my Hummer for me so they had me unload them at the bay.

It was downhill from there on out. I was very specific about removing the runflats and not scratching the powdercoated wheels, etc. The Asst. Manager said "Yeah, yeah, we do Lambos, Ferarri's, here all the time etc. so, not to worry." Great - I told him CF had rec'ed the place and this was a trial to see if I would use it for my two vettes in the near future. We left the Mini there and went to Lowe's across the street to check out some stuff while they swapped the tires.

When we returned, the Mini was out front ready to go so I took a minute to inspect the job. Immediately, I found a small gouge in the rim area of the driver front wheel. I informed the Asst. Manager and he took a look at it and immediately gave me the name of a wheel repair specialist who would come to my house and fix it. OK, fine.

I also noticed my custom valve stem caps had been replaced with the usual black plastic caps so, they had to try and find those but couldn't find all of them and offered me a different set they had apparently left off another customer's car and had sitting around.

When I first got in the car to leave, the Low Tire Warning was on so I checked the pressures and they were all more than 10 lbs. low so I went back in and had them fill them to the proper pressure. When I went to leave again, I noticed the Low Tire Pressure warning was still on and figured it might go off if I drove a few miles but, realized that wasn't going to happen after several miles on the hwy, so I had return to the shop and ask them to check that the sensors had not been damaged during the swap. It turned out that the system needs a full reset after a tire swap as opposed to a typical low pressure situation where there's a slow leak, etc. They do Mini's here frequently so this should not have been a surprise - in fact, another Mini was awaiting service as I was wrapping up my visit there.

So, overall, not a shining performance for America's Tire. The shop seemed extremely busy during my visit - almost chaotic due to their trying to keep the throughput high. I can understand missing the occassional detail when things are busy but this seems more than just a coincidence that I had several letdowns in one visit - several different folks worked on my car and no one caught the others' errors. They did mount and balance the tires properly so I give them credit for that but, I definitely would not trust my pristine CCW's to them after this experience. I'll keep looking for a premium tire service shop.
