Cylinder head flowing in OC?
Hi all. I have a potted set of gen 2 lt4 heads that I’m curious to flow. Anyone have any suggestions on a shop to take them to and an idea of approx how much this will run?

American Heritage has a flow bench. They ported my stock LS1 heads as well as a set of 853's that I had them refresh.

any potentiallly closer suggestions? I'll drive out there if I have to but that's about 4 hours of driving considering I'll probably have to drop them off and then make a return trip to pick them up.

Glad I could help; Bob ported a set of Z28 heads for me years ago and installed bigger values. Good quality work!

Flow Technology is in Garden Grove has been there since 1981. Juan Mendoza did the heads and intake manifold on my '64 including pocket porting, changing 1.94/1.50 to 2.02/1.60 valves, 3-angle valve job, and port/gasket matching. Juan has been written up in Car Craft Magazine and is infamous as he does the LA Street Racers crowd. That's a pretty strong recommendation.

Have 2 good guys in Santa Clarita too far for you though
Looking for someone with a bench near Hemet. Do all my own porting..maybe its time to build a bench. Not even a lousy machinist who can do a real valve job around here.
