I think this is correct. This is a House bill and still has to be passed by the Senate, then signed by the Gov.

If I'm not mistaken or missed something, we're close, but not quite there just yet...

Default Still looking for my front plate

I guess since it doesn't go into effect until 9/1 that I'd better go find my front plate. Yeah right. I'm really not sure what I did w/ it .

read the text of 'engrossed' bill,
not the committee version,

change would be on November 1st.

even then I think I'll wait a while.
