Default DFW Mod Day?

Not sure if the Corvette crowd is too much into these but, in my other car social life we would arrange a "Mod Day." What it is, a get together where we help each other out with the mods that have been put on hold and just tired of waiting on them to get done. It's also a great opportunity to meet some people, joke around and be a helping hand to anyone in need. I don't have a house as I rent with my room mate at an apt but, if anyone is interested I think it would be a good idea and time to meet some people and get those mods you have had on the back burner finally done. I'll kick us off by listing the mods I need done in the near future.

On order is:
Rotors
Braided lines
Calipers

Need to also redo my CC Unit.

Good looking out! If we can get a good turnout I'll bring some brews to keep us in good working condition.

This idea was partially inspired by you LOL. I need to get some more quality time with the car as you suggested. I also have some tools I can bring. Guys feel free to list up some things you would like to get done.

Haha.. glad to be of service.

Maybe I'll put in the z06 rear brake ducts or something.. I dunno I'll find something to do. I just changed my oil and seafoamed last week, so basic maintenance is done for me.

I have a friend with a C3 that will probably show too. Forbes, how much parking do you have?

Sounds good! Yeah all gens are welcomed. I have some basic tools and a set of ramps also that I can supply. I'm still waiting on my stuff to be delivered for my brakes so a date has not yet been disclosed... or thought of LOL.

I have hosted one waaaaaaay back in the day and they are good fun and a great way to meet people or put a screen name with a face. I would offer up my place again, but my car is sitting right in the middle of the garage in pieces.......again.

Once you guys get everything ironed out, make a new post with the date and location. That lures everyone in and gets them off the fence with the mods that have been sitting in the other room.

If I'm in town that weekend, I'm sure Kevin and I would be able to attend. Not sure if either of us has pending mods, but it would be cool to meet everyone there.

I would love to change out the Blose, I mean Bose speakers. I am afraid of the door panel install. I may also have some tools that may be needed. I will keep an eye out for the date you set.

I have a set of ramps I can bring over, 2 drain pans, a good amount of lighting and plenty of tools as well. The ramps I have are normal rhino ramps, but I can get my C5 on them without issue.

Still waiting to hear back from Corvettegarage about my order status. Apparently Brembo does not have an ETA on the rotors I ordered.
