Default WANNAGOFAST April 14th-April 15th

This weekend WANNAGOFAST race is in Dallas at the old Dallas Naval Air Station. www.wannagofast.com The current C7 world record holder is the AMP shark gray C7 Z06 at 195.9 MPH (texas mile, march 2018).

There should be four or five AMP prepared cars there along with some from Vengeance, LMR , possibly LG and others.

The 200 MPH barrier for the C7 almost certainly be broken at this event. There are several cars that have enough power to do it but getting all that to the ground is tricky to say the least in a rear wheel drive car.

Last event held here saw a LAMBO go 250+ . Should be alot of fun.

It was a great event, I ran my CTS V at 165.13. Really good for driving 300 miles up there and 300 back home. It was a lot simpler to prepare for than the Texas Mile with the Corvette, But it was more fun running 220.8 in a full mile.

Went on Saturday to spectate. The Viper rolling was very unfortunate, glad he walked away without injury.

I might be tempted to do this next time it's in town.

What do you figure a stock C6 M6 LS3 would do?

140-150MPH maybe?

Yeah the windchill put the temp in the 30's on Saturday. Sunday was much better and the wind was not blowing as hard. The conditions were pretty hard on the cars as it seemed we had more breakage than normal.
