C5starman, hey Michael, what side of Cedar Creek Lake are you on? Hwy 85 from the west towards the lake is a nice road, we did a Blue Thunder cruise on parts of it last year. Give some directions from Gun Barrel City or wherever else is close by.

Let me know when you want to do this and I'll try and put something together from the Ft. Worth area and others can join in along the route. Sunday afternoons seem to be good for most folks in this area that we cruise with.

Roy/Mary

I am off 175 between Mabank and Eustice - about a mile east of 334 (the main drag through Gun Barrel).

How 'bout Sept. 6th for the cruise date ???

Also, Ft. Worth guys could start out then pick up the Arlingtonites, then pick up the Dallas dudes, etc. ~ building up a line of vettes a mile long ! :D

Gun Barrel sounds

lets do it. Country route is fine but i think cruising in town is more fun, get more attention from people on the road, just a thought.

We belong to Cowtown Vettes and our club did a cruise to Dinosaur Valley in June, it was a lot of fun, had about 25 vettes cruise, and ended at the Ranch House for some great bar-b-que. A cruise sounds great!

I am ready to cruise!!!! September 13th is the date of the Corvette Forum Picnic that Thrills is coordinating.

Maybe the weekend of the 6th is best choice?
