From the GM manual
"the PCMwill cammand low speed fans ON at 219F and OFF at 207F and, high speed ON at 228F and OFF at 214F"
....when relay 1 is energized both fans run in low speed, when all three relays are energized both fans run at high speed...
also fans run with a/c on

Rocker arm stud CC4505
Push Rods CC 7940-16
Cloyes Double Roller 9-3145
Head Gasket Felpro 1074 (.039 compressed)
Aluminum underdrive pulley ATI-917275
EM long tube headers
Dynatech high flow cats 79-400300
Mez electric waterpump WP118HD
B&B 3" exhaust, mufflers removed
58mm TB Edelbrock 3810
The heads and intake were portmatched to the GM 12367777 intake gasket
Heads were pocket ported
Tuning by PCMforLess
