To embed a YouTube video inside a post, simply put the YouTube Video ID inside a set of YT tags.
A tip in finding the YouTube Video ID is that it usually starts after the ?v= part of the URL and is everything up to any & sign.
Additionally, if you click on the Share button, it's easy to spot the YouTube video id as it's everything after the last / in the URL.
For your example, the YouTube Video ID is:
XU8BpC4MHO4

[yt]XU8BpC4MHO4[/yt]

note that bench testing a wiper motor ,tests with no load
the wiper motor may appear to be good in this test,but not be good when installed with wiper blades attached and adding load to the motor.
