Purchased a CTEK charger from them a little over two years ago.

Had a problem this year and after reading the booklet I wrote to

S.C.P. asking if I really needed to return this to Sweden, or what else I

should do.

After 3 Email's and 3 PM's no reply. Question was too hard to answer

or didn't want to get involved.

After a little investigating, I got in touch with CTEK.

There is a 5 year limited warranty and one option was to return it to

the seller for exchange.

Apparently this is what S.C.P didn't want me to know.

I now have CTEK's new address and toll free number and the charger

is in the mail. Back to CTEK not S.C.P!

S.C.P has either gotten too big or too small. I am VERY

DISAPPOINTED in them.

If you buy from them, make sure you get a receipt! Apparently that

is also too much work?

Luckily I had printed out some communication from them at the time

of the sale. I had written down the tracking #, the date of delivery,

and the PayPal transaction #.

This is the first time I'm hearing about this. Did you try to call us? I don't show any voicemails about a CTEK charger. There are no emails. Please call us, we'll send you a replacement and have you send the bad one back to use for warranty. thank you.

Sent two PM's on 11/08 and the last PM on 11/10.

Do you know Josh? On 11/08 at 11:24 AM he wrote "What's up with

will see / read that I wanted to keep this private between SCP and me,

we cannot read PMs....I contacted Jim based on your complaint to try and resolve your issue....if you wanted to keep it private you shouldn't have posted the issue in a public thread.
