I ordered a seat bolster protector for my 2008 C6. After I received it I installed it and found that the fit was not that good plus it interfered with the air bag in the seat. I called them, sent it back, and did not get full credit. When I called about this they said that they had to deduct the free shipping cost from the original order. On top of all this I had to pay to ship it back. Bottom line, it cost me $18 to return an $85 item. Sorry about the rant, I'm not very happy about this. $18 isn't much to whine about really. Your lucky there wasn't a restocking fee on top of the shipping.

You're right - I just thought 21% was a little steep, plus it felt better to rant a little.

Whenever you receive free shipping on a purchase and you decide to return it for any reason other than an exchange for the same item, we deduct our cost to ship it to you originally. In order to offer promotional shipping rates, we have to have that policy.
