Default I, too, have a tuning nightmare with Chuck CoW. Mine dates from Nov 2015

Chuck, PLEASE CHECK YOUR PM'S. I sent one on June 11.

I've attempted to contact you MULTIPLE TIMES:

1) more than 70 phone call attempts [once an hour between 8am-5pm EST for 9 days since June 7] w/ 5 voice messages left.

The only two times anyone answered the phone I talked with your representatives, not you--"X" on June 2nd, and 'Dan' and June 10th. They both said they'd tell you that I've sent a data log and that you would respond. I used both phone numbers-- 914 332 0049 and your mobile, 845 363 0290 which seems to roll straight to the office phone-menu and voicemail.

2) I've sent email broadcasts in groups of 4-6 emails on May 24, June 2, June 10, and June 14. I sent them to both the email addresses advertised on your website:

<corvette-doctor@corvettes-of-westchester.com> and <inquires@corvettes-of-westchester.com>, and YES, your web link spells "inquiries" incorrectly, so I sent it there.

3) I faxed you on May 28 and June 14th at 914 886 0228 to advise you that I'd sent the same data log over and over and requested another tune based on that log.

4) I saw that you posted in other forums on various dates after June 11 but never responded to my PM dated June 11, so I posted "PM for Chuck CoW" on June 16 in the C5 Tech forum hoping you'd follow up on your other posts there.

Your latest visit is stamped June 17 4:56pm, well after all my latest attempts to contact you through this forum, so I list my attempts here with a foul title on the remote possibility that this will garner a personal response.

I hope you will answer one of the emails I sent you titled "Brian XXX tune needed" with a tune file. I would also appreciate an answer to the question I posed about "low" ~173-176* coolant temps on protracted (2-8hr of) freeway driving.

Thank you.

Brian

How does that relate to this long post about CC you made?

VB6369,

It's the same vehicle tune; I returned from a trip on May 23, and my first attempted contact from that point was May 24. I have not had any response yet.

As far as I know, this time there is no advisory that Chuck is or has been "away". The previous standard reasoning for the lack of response was always "try a different method of communication" (paraphrased), and I've tried them all as far as I know.

The difference between this thread's complaint and the one you reference is that last time, he was away; in theory, that was good enough reason to dictate that my tuning package be put on 'pause'. This time, there seems to be no reason provided for the lack of communication. At least last time when the phone was answered some action was taken.

The one, single consistency in all this is that the tune files themselves seem to be progressive and causing no damage (though the "extremely" low < 179* freeway operating temps concern me).
