I have had a bad experience with Ecklers in Florida.
I ordered a silver (light grey) Z06 shirt from them on on February 2. They sent me a confirmation of my purchase, but said it was out of stock and the backorder was anticipated to be 4 - 6 weeks. I thought at the time, no big deal, since snow was still on the ground.
A delay notice came a couple of times after the initial order, the latest being approximately 10 days ago, now stating the order won't be filled until June 30.
At this point, I don't ever anticipate seeing that shirt (and btw, they have never apologized for the delay or offer a refund and cancel of order).
I requested a cancellation of the order and full refund. They said they would start the "process", but I have not seen anything out of a refund, and not a peep when I requested a status.
I paid for the order via PayPal. Do I have any recourse with it being so long after the initial order date? I am afraid I have waited too long for them to refund me the money.
I would appreciate any feedback.

Go back on paypal if you have not gotten the part you can go back on your card r thur paypal.

You've been patient enough. Start a transaction dispute with PayPal.
