Does RPI Designs Respond to Order Inquiries
I have an order that was placed 6 weeks ago. I have now inquired via RPI Design's "Contact Us" form (on their website) 3 times as to the status of this order.
I can not get a response from them.
Anyone else experience this lack of customer service from them?

I think they merged with Southern Car Parts. I was in the same circumstances as you. I didn't get a reply from them until I posted my experience with SCP on the forum and started a PayPal dispute.

My phone calls to SCP went to voice mail.

Same song and dance for years out of these guys - if its going well they are slightly OK to do business with - when it gets in the weeds forget it - they head for the hills and hide

I have always had good luck with them. More so on my last purchase they sent me the wrong item only 116.00 I called them said was sorry for that mailed me out the correct item. Plus never was ask to mail back the other.
In the last 2 yrs have gotten 3 are 5 diff items from them. All good here with me. Only bad thing it took a month on one item said it had to be painted & that... Comes with it but did get it & happy.. Robert

Update....I just got a call from Paul at RPI Designs. Very attenrive and receptive to my concerns. Apparently there was an mix up with my order (which can happen). But Paul promised to resolve the issue and get my order out by next Wednesday.
I feel confident this will occur, but will follow up here to confirm once i receive my order.

Go to see Paul is a good guy I think he is just worked to death & trying to keep up with every thing. I know he done me right on the above part. I will still buy from them... Robert
