Has anyone had trouble with Ecklers Corvette? Last December I purchased a convertible hardtop
from Ecklers. Here it is July and still have not received it. I have contacted costomer service repeatedly
since March. I get the same story every time. They say the vender is almost done with it and it should
ship in about two weeks. Finally after about the 5th call I demanded my $2200 dollars back. They said they
cant refund because it is a hand made special order. So they have my two grand and I don’t have my
Hardtop.

Ask who manufacturers it. and give them a call directly.

If you put it on a charge card, call the card company and tell them you haven't received the merchandise. Have them get the money back.

I recently had a similar issue with Ecklers and got tired of getting the run around. Filed a dispute with my Visa provider and got credited in 2 days.

I will say dealing with Ecklers for year, back in the 90 were a great company to deal with, but lately I hear stories like yours.

I would get with the credit card Company, and get your money back, and look for better dealer to spend your money.

look for a conv hardtop on craigs or here,there are a few out there,,and for 1/2 of what they want too
