Default VetteNuts

I have seen where some have had trouble with Vettenuts ??? called Marc two weeks ago and asked about a Hud setup and some other parts he gave me a price and I agreed, I received the parts a week later (told him I was in no hurry) the Hud went in without a glitch and one of the other parts was for the wrong side of the car. I called Marc yesterday and he was very upset and stated he clearly marked for the drivers side. I told him crap happens, then went to ask about another part I needed, and he said he would get back to me. two hours later he called and said he had the part I needed and would ship both parts out today at no charge !!!! I have had absolutely no issues with Vettenuts ever !!!!!! Great Vendor !!!!!

Thanks Pounder. It is always great to have customer service compliments about one the Forum's vendors. It offsets some of the poor customer services noted recently by joewass65 on Ridies and my own experience with Ecklers.

I have bought more than a few parts from Marc on the c5 he has always done more than fare on all of them. Plus have driven down to his shop & he and the guys were great dealing with. Marc will go out of his way to help a man..
We all are human and can make mistakes & as a business person, it is how a man takes care of that is what makes him what that business is in the end.

Marc to me & the guys is more than 100% business has always done the right thing for me. I have done a lot of business with him & will do so on anything I need. Robert

I have bought, sold, and traded parts many times with Marc and he’s always treated me fair and done exactly what he told me.
One of very few vendors I have complete confidence in.
