Hi everyone.

Corvette Mods recently came up in one of my other threads and someone chimed in that they had a poor experience with them. I had a poor experience with them in the past as well. My brother recently broke his foot and I just spent a week getting him situated as he is single, lives a few states over and just bought a large house and gutted it...so contractors are all over the place and its looks like a war zone.

I have always found Corvette Mods website design very professional and attractive, regardless of my past experience. Apparently my brother did as well. As a "Thank You" for the help he ordered me a custom license plate frame (the very item that I had issues with the last time) and sent me $200 in Corvette Mods gift cards.

I do believe in second chances, so I thought what I would do is document my entire experience here from beginning to end with the licence plate frame and additional orders from the gift cards. I will post directly any email responses I receive should conflicts arise and equally post all positive experiences as well. I truly hope that all goes well, that I can share only good experiences and this will result in me starting to shop with them again.

I will keep the board updated.

yup in 6 months this will be the normal rant of either I didn't get my order or the order is wrong and they wont fix it.

 

I ordered from Corvette Mods shortly after I got my C7 and had no problem. However the true measure of a company is when there is a problem. All one has to do is read a few of the multitude of Corvette Mods threads in this forum to know when a problem happens you're pretty much screwed.

 

I wouldn't order anything from them if it was free!!

 

Free? For that price I think I would. If it never arrived or arrived damaged I wouldn't be out anything.

 

I wouldn't give those scumbags the satisfaction of anything.

Shame because your brother was trying to do a good deed for HIS brother and unfortunately there is just no dealing with this company as they are underhanded, deceitful, dishonest, and continue to practice poor business policies... Also be aware that they do business under another name but same company, same poor business practices: moderngenauto.com

 

OP, this section of the forum is for factually reporting of transactions, good or bad. It’s not about possibly making an order at some point and reporting back.

If you make a transaction with this vendor and that transaction is if some interest here, feel free to then starting a thread on it.
