I spent $1350 on a steering wheel from Apsis and despite giving them every possible detail and every possible bit of information possible, along with pics, they went and ordered the wrong steering wheel core, a less expensive model! The core they used had no controls on the left for phone and bluetooth. So when I received the new wheel I had to transfer all the controls, wires, trim, etc. from my OEM wheel to the new Apsis wheel. It worked out, but now my OEM Centennial 3LT wheel is without those controls it originally had and isn't worth what it could be cuz I had to remove parts from it. Trying to deal with them and going round and round with them, well, it was a good thing they are on the east coast. I would have totally lost it and somebody would have gotten hurt!
After ordering the new wheel I inquired about getting the center of the wheel covered in leather to match my new wheel and couldn't believe what they wanted to charge me. It was like $600, if I remember right.
I love my new wheel, but it still pisses me off that I had to partially gut my OEM wheel to make it work. Now my OEM Centennial 3LT wheel I wanted to have the option to sell, if I so desired, it's worth half what it would have been if it was intact and whole.

I would be pissed about that too. Now you paid Apsis pricing plus the cost of sacrificing your oem wheel. Those oem Centennial steering wheels are getting harder and harder to find. No partial refund from Apsis for not getting what you originally paid for?
@TomdaToolman Idk if you searched beforehand, but you could have gotten the most expensive Momo or Sparco steering wheel with a quick release for around $400. Unless you have a screen and F1 controls on your wheel, I can't see what they can do that costs $1300...
