Shout out to DeWitts
About a month ago, my shroud which has been broken and JB Welded back together many times finally bit the bullet by way of a large chunk jamming in the radiator during a "spirited" drive. I had just upgraded to a DeWitt's radiator in the fall and reading of their stellar reputation here on the forum I only wanted them to fix it if that was possible. I called them and was told to email pictures of the damage and they said they though they could fix it. I clearly stated that the shroud coming apart caused the damage, and there was no fault at all on DeWitt's. Well, not only did the fix it for me, but they didn't charge me a dime, and even sent it back to me on their dime. This is the very definition of amazing customer service, and a model by which all businesses should aspire too! Thank you to DeWitt's for doing what you do. Now, can this damn snow and ice get out of here so I can get mine out of the garage??
