Has anyone ordered parts from Cultrag Performance? I ordered a car cover from them on _bay on Feb 12 and they charged my PayPal account but haven't provided a confirmation or shipping information as yet.
I have ordered from them a couple of times and did not have any issues whatsoever. You might want to give Gene a call. I had questions on my order and he was very cordial.
Dennis.
I ordered from them and their customer service is hit or miss. One time they sent me the wrong part and they refused to take it back or refund me the money. From that point on I only order from Truck Monkey. Good luck on your order hope it works out for you.
I wouldn't worry, as it's only been a week. Keep in mind that these on-line parts sellers typically aren't just pulling items from their inventory and shipping but order from GM then ship to you after they receive it.
Also, there's been some pretty nasty weather this week which has also had a negative impact on shipping.
Ive bought a couple things from Gene and never had a problem. Like said hit or miss with the customer service. He’ll get back to you he’s a reputable company. Sometimes things just take longer that are out of his hands. No excuse not to reach out to you in a timely manner. Just the other day I left him a question on eBay and he responded the next day.
I have ordered from Gene several times and always got what I wanted at a very fair price compared to my local dealer. Sometimes it seems to take longer than I wanted but they are at the mercy of the supply chain also and with all that has been going on this past year it is not a big surprise. Consider how many times the Corvette Assembly plant has been down for supply chain issues.

Never had an issue with orders I have placed with Cultrag Performance over the years. The comment about the weather and supply problems could be factors in the delay in getting your parts sound very reasonable. Give the vendor a call and ask for an update.
Well it's only been 8 days and even though they are in PA, a good chunk of the country has been at a standstill due to winter storms. I know down here in the south I haven't received mail in a week and the Fedex office has been closed just as long.
I have purchased several items from them, including a transparent top for my C7. Great, reliable service each time. I'd reach out to them directly on their site.
I’ve been waiting 3 weeks on a Z51 Sway bar kit for my ‘19 base stingray. With the weather the way it is across the country I’m not surprised things are held up.
Emil customer.service@cultragfactoryparts.com and Gene should get back to you.
Considering the weather, COVID and that your cover most likely has to come from GM, I'd expect at least 3-weeks.
2nd time ordered from them and having same shipping issues, when i ask a question through ebay get the same response about covid, postal delays bla bla , its the same email i got 6 months back for my 1st item
Not ordering from them again
Ordered few other items for my GS from different vendors and all of them arrived on time , so no postal delays happening now
Well, I can't order a refrigerator that is in the color and size I need until late 2021 and that's a damn maybe. Parts that involve chips from China are stopping production lines for appliances and cars. Assembly lines are slow or stopped. I'm not making excuses but there is a bit of a flumox in everything right now and maybe, just maybe, they have no control over stuff not in their hands?
I just sent an email to Gene. Hopefully he will pop in here and comment.
