I placed an order and realized most of these discount parts places do not stock the parts. They have to buy from GM. The product is sent to them, and they send it to you.
I wrote several emails to them to cancel the part, and they sent me an email with a credit.
Just continue to send them emails.

I understand how it works I have dealt with Gene for years. His eBay crew is not customer service friendly. When I get an email from them telling me if I don't like it send it back and they will sell to someone else, this is not good. Basically they refuse to send me a return label, putting it on eBay and eBay on them. I am done with Cultrag and eBay after this is done
Ordered Z51 sway bars 14 days ago. Got an email the same day saying they would ship in 4-5 days. Emailed them on day 11 and was told they were either shipped already or about to ship. Emailed again today to see if I could get a tracking number or confirmation that it shipped, especially after reading this thread.
I found out that these discount part places do not stock the items on their web page. They must order the item from GM. I ordered a part several weeks ago. The distributor orders it from GM. They wait for it, and the they send it to you. GM has been very slow in shipping parts. I was told it takes 7 to 10 business days to ship to a distributor. Then it takes several days to get to you. My part will arrive on Monday. It took 2 weeks to arrive at my house.

They shipped it and sent a tracking number this afternoon. I think this means I'm home free now, because I doubt sway bars and bushings could arrive damaged. If there are more issues, I'll update.
First (and last) order placed with Cultrag on November 2nd. Tomorrow will be 10 days. Other than “this order will ship in the next day or two” on November 5th - nothing.
3rd request today for shipping confirmation and tracking number went unanswered.
Before buying anything from Cultrag, go to Ebay and read their negative and neutral feedbacks.
They reflect the same complaints as found in this thread.
Parts arrived on Saturday. Would have been nice if they could have found the time to insulate the clutch master cylinder with bubble wrap or peanuts instead of just placing it in the box to bounce around.
Oh well, live and learn.
I've dealt with Gene and Patrick when I became a member on this forum in 2009. Ordered a bunch of stuff, and always had great email or telephone communication with Gene or Patrick. They were known as GM Parts House in those day, and associated with and suppying parts out of Patriot GMC in Boyertown PA. They had a huge warehouse, with most everything in stock, so it was easy to order and quick delivery. Their prices were lower than most online GM parts distributors, In 2014, while on a rosd trip, I called and ordered a part and the next dsy, I stopped in at Patriot and picked up the window regulator from Patrick. Fast forward, a few years later, Gene and Patriot parted ways, and also lost the use of GM Parts House. Gene and Patrick moved to a small place about 100 miles away, and renamed their business CULTRAG.
using part of Gene's last name of Culley, and Patrick's last name of Trageser. They upped their prices immediately, to where they were no longer the cheapest parts supplier online. Loyal customers of many years stuck with them, mostly due to their great customer service. They have moved again to a new location, and apparently left behind, their customer service which was their bread and butter. Gene used to be in the forum on a regular basis, but seldom seen in there anymore. Unfortunately, he has lost most of the regular customers due to some bad dealings. It's a shame, but he isn't the first or last forum vendor to go south.
It always come down to buyer beware.
