I was shopping for new seat foam for my '64's seats. CorvetteMods had a decent price so I went to order them. As I was checking out I got a pop-up with a coupon code with 10% off if I ordered in the next ten minutes. Great right? So I put in the code and it took $22 off my order. I looked at the order total with shipping and something didn't seem right. Using my limited math skills, I deduced that they had added $16 to the shipping! Deleted the coupon code and shipping went back down. I decided that I did not want to do business this way and went to a different supplier. Rant over, thanks for listening. Chief
I'm not sure what your complaint is, it was still $6 cheaper than you expected. They didn't have to offer you a discount at all. I just filled in an order for the 64 seat foam and it calculated $219 with free shipping. I put in the SAVE10 code and it took off $22 and still said free shipping.
