I'm trying to spend money at RPI. I've tried multiple times to get an answer from them to a simple question, and crickets. RPI Don said he'd find out and get back to me, but weeks have gone by and he now ignores my PMs. I've filled out the contact form on their website 3 times, and not one answer. I guess they really don't want to sell products.
Yeah, I had the same pre-sale experience but I went ahead and ordered a ZR1 style spoiler in any case. Got a few automated emails during the (8-week) process but zero response to emails asking questions. Spoiler finally arrived. Nice enough product with a great paint match! But it arrived broken. Called, filled out their form, sent emails, and PMs to RPI Don ... got one PM back from Don and then nothing. Funny thing is that I did not really want them to do anything (although the boiler is damaged I decided it was fine and installed it, mostly because I did not want to wait again) but I still expected a response. Their customer service is non existent ... I'll never order from them again.
Good to know. I started to order C5 wheel cap decals. I think I'll live with what I have. This section really saves a lot of future aggravations. RPI and CorvetteMods are now on the same list for me.
I ordered from them on black Friday. My parts came weeks later than stated. I made it clear multiple times I would be filing a credit card dispute if I didn't have parts in my possession before the 60 day limit on disputes expired with absolutely no exceptions. You can lookup feedback throughout the internet with these clowns and it's all the same. Absolutely non existent care or concern once they have your money. It is my understanding they operate under multiple company names. To be fair I've ordered in stock parts from them without issue. Probably a good thing since they seem to disappear when a customer needs help. Really puzzling as to why there are continously allowed to flood this forum with advertisements as a sponsor given their subpar customer ratings.
