Hey everyone, what the hell is going on with Zip-Corvette? I been using them for years. I had a situation where I ordered the wrong mufflers. Totally my fault. I sent them back for an exchange. I had a Zip-Corvette "free shipping" promotion email that I asked to use to ship the replacement mufflers to me. The coupon was still valid while they processed the exchange. I'm guessing they did not want to honor it. Every time, I asked them about it, they would give me some weird response like "your ordered shipped" or "call us". You know it, when I all they never answer the phone or return calls. Totally sucks.

A number of vendors have been purchased and gone down hill regarding service. My advice is to check Transaction Feedback before using a vendor to purchase parts.

Shpg costs is off the charts since the pandemic.
They did honor free shpg the first time, right?
Should they pay shpg a second time?
