I usually purchase parts from Zip & Corvette Central; however, I've recently been buying stuff from Top Flight Automotive and "Full Throttle Corvette" on ebay.
I almost purchased a few items from Chicago Corvette, and found A LOT of negative feedback on them and decided to bail on them.

He has me a near 50 year customer blocked on ebay, ordering direct because he advertises certain parts he doesnt have, to hire fly by night outfits to drop ship from their inventory incorrect parts. Then he wants to argue that you dont know anything, I had to force a refund. Thought I Was getting a 396/L88 radiator at premium cost, to receive an inferior cheap construction standard big block unit which is a completely different sized unit, and it was poor quality. I had to shoot pictures, run a tape measure in the pictures, and this arrogant know it all still argued. I think this guy has no morals. My rim transaction, shipping was estimate way lower than the cost he demanded, he wanted me to pay. They were one of a kind, so opted to let him rip me off. If you can find what you need, pass on this guy.
My experience with him goes back to the early eighties. It was expensive, and frustrating. He is an arrogant ***, and most of the time, doesn’t have a clue what he is talking about. I wouldn’t, and have not done business with him since then. Also , his business is a disorganized trash pile. That’s all I’m going to say about it.
I had one purchase experience with them several years ago that was not what was advertised wasn't the easiest return I've ever had needed to get my credit card company involved. Never gone back and won't again even if it's the last part available. Hope this helps you.
His store is reasonably close to where I live. He does have a good inventory of new and used parts, as well as several parts cars on his lot (mostly C3's). Only bought from him once when I was in a pinch, likely not again. Personality as others have described is spot on and prices are high.
I had only one experience with Tracy, and it was very positive. Not cheap, but he had what I needed and his communication was good. Part arrived as described. I would buy from him again.
I am also very positive on Chicago Corvette. When they were local to me, it was more convenient, but with Paragon gone, they are my go-to source. They have fuel system parts no one else does. They also don't mark-up shipping. $5 to ship a box of metering rods and jets from Oregon to Illinois is beyond reasonable to me.
You have to be OK dealing with "big personalities" to get good parts anymore.

my experiences are similar to others. he does occasionally have some rare parts. i had one ok purchase thru him. nothing good or bad. but there was another time i was looking for some odd ball rare part, he had a listing on ebay, but there was something not quite right with the pics/description. when i asked a question he was a complete jerk.
I recently had dealing with him. I bought an Ebay part and it came in a Paragon box so as stated above "he drop ships" from other vendors. He doesn't give a discount so usually Zip or CC will give you a 10% discount. On used parts, i called about a fender cap for a 67 which he had advertised on Ebay. he said yes and then turned around and said no. He sometimes has hard to find parts but they are usually priced above market prices. Buy at your own risk if you can't find the part anywhere else. If you are looking for repo parts,
stick with ZIP or CC. If you need NOS or good used, call David Solowsky in CA.
2 1/2 stars for him. I just bought 3 items from him. Two body to frame cable kits that no one else has anymore and are out of production. One outside original dent free front window trim for my coupe that I have been looking for a while. It was for the right side. He had it and wanted 400.00 for it. I choked it down and did the order. He slammed me hard to ship the stuff but did arrive unharmed. Overcharged me after an agreed 20.00 discount but did refund my card for that. The strap kits were fair at 130.00 a set but that piece of trim....dang. If I ever order from him again, I will be ready for his BS. I hope I never need anything he has! Big-K Ohio
Regrettably, I ended up ordering from him since I thought he had a bunch of my items in stock, but I wouldn’t do it again. Most of the items he had posted on eBay ended up being out of stock. I called and had an annoying convo with him about how “you’re only supposed to list stuff on eBay if you actually have it to sell”.
I bought a part from Tracy on E-Bay. No communication and about a week later I got notice of a refund. He probably didn't have it and couldn't get if dropped shipped. Not reliable,
