Scammer Alert
I found a forum member "parting out" a C5 with parts that I wanted. Seller uses various names including Mindy Johnson, Kent Foust, and an e-mail of Sexapocolpse.now@gmail.
Starting February 12 I contacted Kent. We agreed on a price and a payment method. It took quite a while to get any method to work but eventually got Venmo to work. Then the games started - "... problem with shipping ..." and need $100 for shipping and insurance; Oh, need that for both packages; "have geen going through some personal health issues ... I'll ship to you next week", etc. Then silence.
No parts and I'm out $650.00.
BE WARNED - Don't expect anything from Kent Foust except excuses and requests for more money.
If Kent does finally follow through I'll post that.

... is a legitimate seller and gave you a legitimate email address to contact him. It wasn't the one you listed above. I suspect a scammer intervened and tried to make you think he was the actual seller in the sales thread. The record shows we have banned several scammers who registered names closely resembling that of the legitimate seller in the above-referenced thread.
Did the scammer ever contact you via PM? If so, what user ID did they use? Meanwhile, I'll add Sexapocolpse.now@gmail to the list of known scammer contacts.
