Unfortunately, neither Luke nor the Michelin Tech Line recommend the 245/45 on a 9.5" rim. As I said before, I just don't understand, as the tire has a 9.6" section width, which IMHO should be wide enough for that rim.......

Runflat tires do not have as much sidewall flexability so they can't be stretched as much as a normal tire
