28k miles.2014 so I am just changing them while I install the supercharger.I will use the BTR replacement springs for now.May do a cam on the next round of mods.
Get the,,,, Bluegrass Performance BPPLT1DVST Valve Spring Compressor,,,,, Made the job much easier than the single spring compressor. I made sure the piston was at TDC on the left side, it was such a pain in the ***, I didn't worry about it on the right side. I used the hose and pressurized the cylinder to 140 PSI. JB has the 14mm thread hose for $17. With the spring compressor tool I didn't put any downward pressure on the valves. Make sure you watch the end of the valve when compressing the spring, to be sure it doesn't push down. I replaced the valve cover gaskets, the valve keepers, and the valve seals also.
The hardest part was getting at the right rear spark plug hole. It took me an hour to thread the hose into the spark plug hole to pressurize it. I was able to move the coolant tank out of the way without disconnecting the bottom hose, it didn't leak hardly any fluid.
As long as I had the plugs out I replaced them also. Have fun.
