I'm probably parting my 94 vert, and have someone interested in the engine...he wants the engine serial # though...which I don't know where is.

Google turned up this, but didn't help with the location:
engines have the last six digits of the VIN stamped on the block after the engine number. The date code the engine was manufactured was also cast into the block. The engine serial number includes a production sequence number starting with 0001001 and one of the suffixes below.

The engine/trans are still in the car as well...any help, esp with photos if possible as I looked around on it and didn't see a serial stamped into it...

On the block below the right cylinder head, the ICM/coil is bolted on top of it.
