Here's a TTT for you.
I had to replace four of mine when I pulled the door panels last summer to replace the Bose - three on the left side, one on the right. Guess which side I pulled off first?
I looked for my receipt but couldn't find it. I just walked into the Chevy dealership (Tom Jumper here in Atlanta area) and they had them in stock. Only $1.50 a piece
. The weren't selling 'em by the bag, I'll tell you that.
I busted out a couple of the grommets, too. For those, I just carefully removed them from the pins and glued them to the door with a small drop of Gorilla glue.

you need a bag??? I'll give you the address to my ex-fiance. 
Seriously, I bought a pack of 5 at Autozone for about $3.50 Be sure and take one broken one in since they had about 3 different types that all looked similair. Good luck
