Havent gotten a chance to finish wiring the subs. But I have gotten the chance to road test. There is a slight improvement in less road noise. The Blose does sound better. I will see what it sounds like when I figure out whats goin on with my ipod2car connection. The ipod makes the stock system sound a lot better. Also, many of the squeeks are gone from the doors and the rear. I can hear a little more engine noise due to decreased cabin noise. So i guess that it worked, I dont have anything to compare this to though. I'm sure the mats work better cause they are thicker. But i had experience with the thick stuff when i installed some frost king and didnt like the fit of it. So I just reinstalled the frost king around the tunnel to keep that heat away.
ok, sorry, read the wrong thing on the amp. heres the info.
2x400 watts @4 ohms bridged. and i have 2 4ohm dv subs. So let me make sure i have this straight. I wire the positive to the neg on each voice coil, then wire them in parallel, right? This will keep 4ohms. I got this from the FAQ wiring diagram from the wiring basics site. Just makin sure. Sorry for the confusion. I wired them up the way to keep em in 2 ohm in 2 channels and it didnt sound good, not strong enough. I will probably end up calling you pentavolvo if I start getting to far ahead of myself here.
