Best System for 600 Bucks
I bought the custom drop in box for the subs... Now i have 600 or so left to get the rest.
Can someone pick out some good things i should get. I'm so lost on the whole audio thing....

what size subs are you going to put in the box? do you have the sub yet?
hmmm...
cdt 2 way classic components ~$200
and Elemental designs also is having a special on thiere 12" sub ($100)
wires ~$50
and look for a used amp
or
3.5" twiddler replacements
bose interface
elemental design's nine.2 amp and 13ov.2 sub

Look at the ele designs package that Scott mentioned. Well matched and I am pretty sure it will drop in the subthump box ( if that is what you have). A few more details would help us out. Bump hard is kinda relative bro 
We are somewhat limited with the space available in the vette in the rear compartment but people have used 10w7's and 10w6's (JL models known to hit hard) but due to mounting depths a lot of serious "bass" woofers do not fit without custom installs.

If you are looking for just a 12" and an Amp there is allot to offer but here goes.
JL Audio W3 /Audiobahn 8000T I would use the extra money and buy a set of MB QUART DSE216's to replace the front stage.
If you are in Nor Ca. I have everything you need.
