im getting the cd5000. from this discusion, its basically the same thing but slapped with a new name and price was what the 8445 was. The 8445 is now like 300 bucks if you look hard enough. I went with this one because of the 8 volt preouts and wanted a headunit to match my blue led interior

yea, that has been one problem that i have had with aftermarket units. the writing on the buttons wears down. Only good thing about the factory radios are that their buttons dont fade. Thats a great price on that unit
