IMO the 10s in the doors are not necessary if you are running 12s. I would run the largest mid you can get in the doors, just a fan of the way bigger mids sound.

Infinity Perfect 6.1's in the doors (requires mounting plate)
Infinity Kappa 62.7i's in the rear (requires cutting)
Infinity Perfect 10.1d's (pair) in Q-Logic Truck Boxes (god can ANYONE come out with C6 sub boxes already)
Infinity Reference 6 Channel Amp
Pioneer AVIC Z1

Doesn't get any better than that (for under $10K)...

is there anyway to put the amp behind the seat. I dont push the seat all the all way back anyway

Tha should work or look at the new Alpine PDX amps they fit in rear compartments

Okay got my IVA W200 installed and here is now what I am going to do in doors and otherwise.
Doors- Replace Bose subs with Morel 9inchers distributed by PG
Doors- Replace Bose with Apline Type X components
Amp- Install new Apline PDX4-150 amp to drive above
Rears- just fillers use some JL's
