Sanding Down The Sludge Method
For those of you that have done this sludge method. ABS glue/MEK for making custom consoles. I honestly did search before posting, could not find this out. What grit paper did you start with to remove the excess sludge? Once the sludge is removed and you move onto bondo, how did you step the sandpaper grit grades down? Also can a dremel bit be found to assist in this long process or is it just hand labor only? Thanks Mark

you may want to go higher then 220 if you're going to be painting it with auto paint but i thnk 220 will be fine if you're going to use a texture paint.if you have pin holes and what not then you can use spoty putty/glaze but it should be very thin.
