speaker size question
From the C5 FAQ:
I have a coupe. Does this mean that 6.5" speakers will drop in without any modifications, or does it just mean that the area is big enough to fit 6.5" speakers but needs to be modified? Thanks.
What Size speakers will fit in the rear location?
You can fit 5.25” speakers in the rear of the c5 frc or vert and 6.5" for the coupe.

Any standard 6.5" speaker will fit just fine without being modified. You can even do it without removing the trim. Start at the top of the grill and push straight down and slightly pull out at the same time. This will release the top tab, then just lift it up and out. However, don't try this with the front grills, it won't be pretty.
